Vandenbergh follows DIRTcar Summer Nationals to Pevely

With Friday’s event falling to rain, Kolby Vandenbergh made his lone start of the weekend on Saturday afternoon at Federated Raceway at I-55 (Pevely, Mo.) to compete with the DIRTcar Summer Nationals. With 33 Late Models entered, Vandenbergh recorded an eighth-place finish in his heat race, relegating him into the B-Main. Needing to place second or better to make the $10,000-to-win A-Main, Kolby recorded a seventh-place outing. (Josh James Artwork)
